Welcome to Castello House in Carvoeiro beach!. More than a privilege situated place, it´s a private autonomous building in which Sun and Sea combines in an exquisite and unusual concept, whilst standing in one of the best preserved places in Algarve area. At its own sunny high terrace you can observe the surrounding area whilst drinking your preferred sun-downer, or just enjoying sun bathing relax whilst listening sea waves tune. Its large terrace is equipped with two sun beds for catching sun activities as well as one Portuguese marble made table and two comfortable chairs, offering the right spot for any magnificent meal. Guests are invited to spend some time in all sorts of relaxing activities, whilst looking through both equipped big ocean front view windows, or just observing spectacular sunset views inside the first and the following floor under, namely the living room and bedroom floors.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All prices are meant for a couple or a couple&baby (until 3 years old). Extra 25% will be applied for a couple plus a child (+3 years old). A cost of 48€/week will be added to cover cleaning&linen twice a week services as described.
    The amount in cash of 150€ will have to be paid on arrival and refunded on departure, providing no damage occurred.
    Optional paid Air Conditioned Cool & Heating service for FULL year season support is provided by two luxury low noise air conditioned systems during all staying.
  • Any reservation will be made based on timely deliver of a reachable email and/or telephone number as well as flight details (arrival/departure day&hour in Portugal) and an estimate for Castello House entrance. Please understand that in these conditions Castello House will NOT be able to commit with a reservation whose guest turn to be unreachable afterwards, without previously have informed us about.
  • We appreciate that guest leave the house properly cleaned when finishing the rental period. This house is fully equipped and safely prepared to work with the existent electrical power equipment serving all general needs and therefore respective electrical consumptions are included in the basic price offer during all year. Safety rules dictates that no other power nor heating&cooling devices are allowed to be used inside Castello house, beside the existent. Castello House also is equipped with a Safe Box to be programed with the guest own private digital code, allowing to increase their values protection during staying.

  • At Castello both living and bedroom floors present a big panoramic window allowing as much sea view as needed. Basically the house is a two floor apartment with a higher terrace and its ideal for a couple or a couple plus child. Baby crib for the bedroom is also available on request. The double bed inside the bedroom is composed by twin beds side by side with 0.90m / 2.00m each.

Wir haben 10 Tage im Juli im Castello House verbracht, es war fantastisch.

Die Wohnung:
-Schlafzimmer
grosses,bequemes Bett (2 getrennte Matratzen), genug Stauraum in Schränken vorhanden.
-Bad
mit Badewanne,sauber, grosser Spiegel sowie Föhn vorhanden, absolut ausreichend.

-Wohnzimmer/Kitchenette
ausreichend ausgestattet,toller Meerblick, kein Backofen,
dafür Mikrowelle und Toaster sowie Wasserkocher

-Dachterrasse:
atemberaubender Meerblick, Sonnenschirme,Liegen inkl Auflagen, grosser Tisch. Ausserdem ein Sonnenschirm zur Mitnahme an den Strand vorhanden.

Allgemein:
Die kleine Strasse die vor dem Haus, ist eine Einbahnstrasse und wird nur von Anliegern bzw der Bimmelbahn genutzt. Zum Strand 2min zu Fuss und in der gleichen Zeit ist man im Ortszentrum mit vielen Bars,Restaurants und Geschäften. Im Ort kann man auch abends etwas unternehmen, ist aber keine "Partyhochburg"

Für eine 1+ hätte auch mal auf den Schränken gewischt werden können.
