The living room has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, and is equipped with comfortable sofas, arm chairs, a computer station with free internet access, DVD/VCR combo, and cable TV. There is also piped radio and a private intercom system throughout the house. Master Bedroom. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, writing desk with chair, 2 arm chairs, TV and alarm clock. Second Floor. The second floor comprises a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bedrooms with a full bed and a twin bed, two further bathrooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, nightstands, TV, writing desk and chair. Game Room. The garage has been converted to a game room.

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices exclude 13% Florida taxes. Minimum stay 3 nights and a $100 end of stay cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 6 nights. Pool/spa heating is an additional optional extra $150 per week plus tax. A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $40 per week. A booking and damage deposit of $300 for the first week and $100 for each additional week secures the booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. One week after checkout date, the damage deposit will be sent back to the renter in case the property does not have any damages that leads to repair.

To the left is the laundry room and the downstairs half bathroom. Directly in front of you is our large family / living room. Pool An upgraded, screen enclosed, pool next to a raised spa with underwater light for night swimming; large sun deck with pool furniture for your relaxation; and a covered lanai for some welcome shade. A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $40. This covers the gas and the cleaning charge. Smoking is permitted on the patio area. No smoking inside the house please. Game Room Two car garage is converted into a game room with air hockey, 8' pool table and ping-pong. Other The house has a utility room next to the garage with full size washer and dryer.
