Il Tufo delle Tre Querce is an ancient farmhouse, of our family property which has recently been restructured. It finds on the slope of a hill, middle way between Poggibonsi and San Gimignano, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards which maintain the peculiarity of the rural Tuscan landscape. From here is possible to reach Siena and Florence in 30minutes by car. The farmhouse is composed of five apartments, each one with fully equipped satellite TV, radiator heating, kitchen, refrigerator, American coffee-pot and dishwasher. Suitable furniture with some antique pieces. Beds for babies on request and safe box. All the apartments are walk-in and have private outdoor space where our guests will enjoy relaxing moments At complete disposal of our guests are a barbecue, a swimming pool( 7X14 cm) with solarium and sunbeds, private parking area and a wash machine space.

We stayed in Il Fienile for a week and it was a perfect holiday, it is central so we drove to pisa, lucca, sienna, florence and San Gimignano which although I had never heard of was my favourite place off all. You definitely need car !

The apartment is lovely, was very clean when we arrived but they didn't clean halfway through or give us new towels which was why I have given it a four !

So apart from that the apartment was great. Nice size for 2 people. Bedroom had air con, no mosquito net so you need a plug in and spray yourself before you get into bed. Terrace was lovely, seemed to be the biggest private outside area of all the apartments!

Its in the middle of nowhere so its very peaceful - nearest supermarket is only a 10 min drive !

We had the pool to ourselves on the days that we used it which was great.

Would recommend this to a young couple or even older but not for the eldering as there are steps within the apartment from the lounge to the dinind area and kitchen and steps to the bedroom.

Fantastic place - made for the best holiday in ages !
