This Spacious two bedroom seafront apartment is set in a small exclusive development with its own private parking. The apartment is just two storey and overlooks the sea a few minutes walk from the old fishing village of Ferragudo, the most photographed village of the Algarve. Clube Rio is built in an elevated position with attractive gardens, floodlit, walk in swimming pool and spectacular ocean views beyond the old castle. The grounds are a safe haven for the enjoyment and relaxation of the pleasant Algarvian Climate. The deluxe property is bright and spacious with marble floors, air conditioning/heating and offers first class holiday accommodation. On the ground floor is a large lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling and wall to wall tinted glass sliding doors which afford panoramic ocean views. The doors open onto a spacious private terrace with patio table and chairs and sun loungers. A comfortable distance form the private terrace is a walk swimming pool.

Beachfront apartment within walking distance of all the village amenities. Direct access from the apartment onto the beach or uninterrupted views of passing boats without lifting your head off the pillow! Ferragudo is a pretty unspoilt fishing village (the most photographed of the Algarve) but a water taxi is available to take you over the water to Portimao or Praia da Rocha if you search the high life! The property is fully air-conditioned with balconies to all rooms and access to the pretty garden with walk in pool. No gas is supplied to the property so a safe secure environment is assured. The property has private parking but no car is needed if prefered.

Beyond the terrace lies the landscaped garden containing palms and subtropical plants, a perfect afternoon sun trap for your siesta. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. There is also an iron and ironing board. The apartment is also equipped with a colour television/satellite receiver which receives programmes in four languages. A radio/Cd player is also available for use with your own discs.

A feature wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two air-conditioned bedrooms, one large double and one twin. Both have sea view balconies. It is possible to lie in bed and watch the fishing boats sail by without moving your head off the pillow! The luxury marble bathroom with fitted marble vanity unit, w.c. and bidet has an extra wide deep bath with shower. The water is heated by electricity. No gas is supplied to the property.

Clube Rio, Ferragudo is a perfect location for a holiday with or without a car. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. Flights and car hire can also be arranged if required.

We stayed at this villa with our 2boys in July, I wasnt sure what to expect but I was blown away with this villa the pictures really dont do the place justice, I normally travel to Florida for holidays and this exceeds every place I have ever stayed.
The views were outstanding, waking up every morning to see the water and boats and the beach was just amazing.
Every 2nd night beautiful fireworks went off over the water and were just amazing, we have photos from our time here that are so amazing people keep asking where we stayed.
We stayed with our boys age 9 & 6 they loved the pool as they had to take 10 steps to reach it. Safety is not a problem as the row of villas are fully enclosed. Although the weather was very hot the air conditioning kept us very cool.
The villa is large, and well stocked pots pans cleaning products. Everything was immaculate.
We took our sky card and the kids were able to watch there favourite programmes and we would relax and watch some sky in the evening.
I would definately go back to this villa as the views were just amazing, in the evening you would look over at portimao all light up and late into the evening fishing boats would travel by.
I recommend this to everyone looking for a quiet location, as there was only around 6 families or couples staying as there is only the row of villas available other places we past had over 100 families screaming kids everywhere.
Gale beach has a lovely quiet spot and is beautiful.
