Set within the more exclusive area of Los Cristianos this complex is brand new offering guests peace and tranquility yet is only 10 minutes walk from the beach and resort centre for those who like it a bit livlier. Like the complex, the apartment is completely brand new with new furniture, built in kitchen and bathroom. It benefits from a very large sunny terrace which contains a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. From the terrace there are stairs leading down to the road where on street parking is available. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops withih close proximity of the complex as well as a larger selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and bars within the resort centre.

The town centre has a large selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and lovely sea front restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. There is also a market every Sunday offering many bargains. The Las Americas Golf Course is nearby for those who enjoy a round or two.

Rates: Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit is taken at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned

Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of £15 (25 euros) per day plus £5 (7euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.

Additional Guest Services: Tenerife Lettings and Property Management fully manages this property and we pride ourselves on delivering high standards of client service and presentation of the properties we manage. As we are based in Tenerife we are always at hand to help with any questions you may have, in fact we will do our utmost to assist you wherever we can. We can also provide welcome packs for your arrival, a daily maid service, cot hire and assistance with excursions and car hire.
