Apartment with sunny south facing balcony. Located close to Tavira, golf courses, sparkling seas with fab beaches for summer&winter sun. NO CAR HIRE NECESSARY, Concieçao do Tavira station is nearby. Trains are cheap n& go from end to end of the Algarve. Fully air con/ heated all utilities are inc in the very year round low price. You will love this apartment, you can sit on the balcony every pm in winter sunbathing. If it gets too hot in summer then roll out sunshade to cool things down a bit. Lounge/dinning comfy to ease the stress & strain of life. The moment you walk in you can feel it start to relax you. Mini radio/Cd/MP3 port so bring your ipod. UK free view satellite viewing TV&DVD. Reading books & info of all the best places to go left by happy previous guests. We operate the simplest booking system. Just text me your dates followed by email so I can to send you a booking form. Use of new pool in the new camp-site nearby 2 min drive or 5 min walk. Open till 10pm.

Tavira just a short drive away & so is Spain.Conciecao do Tavira has it's own railway station so if you really do not want to drive you can still enjoy the delights of the Algarve from end to end. Just 2 stops on the train is Tavira which is considered to be very special & is an attractive area with History, culture, fine food & wines. Nearby are several very good golf courses which are attracting more golfers now but are still not so busy as the courses in the West. The whole area is 'growing up' with new walking tours, the cycle route from east to west of the Algarve. A new kyak tour along the Ria Formosa. Our apartment is located close to all these new activities. All tours can be booked from the comfort of your home making your holiday organised between rest, relaxation, fun or exploring. A ferry ride from Vila Real to Ayamonty for shopping, lunch, tapas or just a romantic walk through the narrow streets is a perfect way to spend the day.

Notes: This apartment is perfect for couples who are relatively fit as the flat is located on the top floor. Has just 49 steps. Giving you a peaceful, bright & sunny apartment with no noise from above & very little at all from the rest of this unique block as most of the other owners visit very infrequently. Keep your lugage to a minimum. You will love our simple booking system. We have been established for a while now & have had many very happy guests over that time. We know what you like & we do our best to keep standards very high but the price as low as we can. Please come & enjoy your holiday in our apartment, you will not be disappointed. We still have summer temps even now in October.

Quiet and tranquil little town, excellent restaurants and bicycle hire with free internet from camp site restaurant just 5 min walk across the railway bridge to the left.
Beaches 10 to 15 min walk to boat crossing 1 euro to cross onto the best beaches you will ever see…rail station 5 min from apartment take you any where...what more can I say

Perfect indeed!

We had two perfect weeks in this beautiful region of the Algarve. The location is a great starting point to explore the Algarve.
Great restaurants with fresh fish and nice little shops in all the small villages nearby.
The apartment has everything you need and is very clean and well-maintained. It was the nicest one we ever stayed in. It really made us feel at home!
We would defenitely recommend a stay in this property.

A Relaxing Holiday Destination

We have just returned home after our second visit to this lovely apartment and would have no hesitation in recommending it as a place to enjoy a relaxing time in the sunshine. Its location (a short walk from Cabanas and the beach and a short trip to the charming town of Tavira) make it ideal to enjoy this part of the Algarve. A great place to recharge the batteries! We're already looking forward to coming back next year.

Spring retreat

We spent the last week of March at this ideal apartment and especially enjoyed the late evening sunshine,lazy pace and the homely feel that has been created... took day trips on the convenient nearby train to Faro, Antonio,Tavira and also hired bikes to venture along the newly created cycle route along the Algarve coast to find off the beaten track beaches and resturants.

The train nearby is a real gem, cheap & regular.
In the summer months the tourist train also operates between the apartments & Cabans. The ferry boat to Cabans beach is quite an experience, great fun.
I hope you will visit this region again, perhaps for longer. We do longer stays over the winter months.

Great apartment with everything you need for two people. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, very easy to find and a good base if you want to explore. You don't need to have a car as the station is nearby, but it it quite a walk to the nearest beach and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend the apartment to friends, especially if they hadn't been to the area before. Loved the beach at Manta Rota and a trip to Spain is fun!
