There is a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining area. A wooden staircase leads to the very spacious and relaxing mezzanine providing a light and comfortable living space in which to quietly read a book or for the children to play. Outside, a warm and quiet patio offers the sight of spectacular sunrises and views across the hills of the stunning Basque countryside. A children’s play area is situated in the upper garden and a private swimming pool is located in lower part of the garden with spectacular views from the pool side terrace.

Biarritz, known as the 'California of Europe' by the surfers, is located on the Atlantic Ocean, ca. 200 km south of Bordeaux and 40km north of the Spanish border. Souraide is a small Basque village just out side Espelette which is famous for it’s red peppers.
