There is a dining area with formal dining table that seats 6. The 3 bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom that has a shower cubicle, vanity and toilet while the two other bedrooms have one king bed and 2 twin beds, both have walk-in-closets. There are window treatments throughout. The property has a balcony with a ceiling light and upgraded patio furniture consisting of 2 chairs and a table. If that isn’t enough you have access to all that Vista Cay has to offer as well that includes recreational opportunities, a walking trail, large community pool with enormous multi-level decks and cabanas, spa, a separate gated kiddie pool, picnic area, basketball court. The community pool depth ranges from 3’3" to 4’3" to 5’. International Drive is lined with all kinds of restaurants from fast food to elegant dining, shopping at the various unique souvenir shops and one-of-a-kind attractions. There is a Publix supermarket conveniently located right next to The Isles at Cay Commons. You can even take a helicopter ride! There is a trolley bus service along International Drive for your convenience and offers exceptional value for money. There are many golf courses in the area, including Shingle Creek Golf Club which has complimentary valet parking and is located just across Universal Boulevard. In addition, SeaWorld and Universal Studios are less than 10 minutes away! There is easy access to I-4 which will lead you to Disney World, Downtown Disney and all of the attractions along US 192. Or you can choose to head on west to Tampa/St. Petersburg (only a 1 hour drive) to take in the fantastic white sandy beaches, or take a tour of The Pier and view the Tampa Bay, or visit Sunken Gardens and Busch Gardens. If you want to explore the Atlantic coast, head east on I-4 and visit Daytona and NASCAR or take in Titusville and the Kennedy Space Center. There is always something to see and do!
