Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has over 2300 square feet of air conditioned living space for you and your family to make your selves at home in. With 2 master suites ( one king and one queen) and 2 twin rooms you will have all the space you need for a relaxing vacation. Eagle Heights has a spacious and screened South Facing Pool Deck that does not back onto other homes. And when you get back from a hectic day at the parks or after a day on the golf course what better place to soak away all those aches than in our Hot Tub. Let the bubbles do their work while you sip a cocktail or two. In the Family room we have 51 inch HDTV and games consoles. Also a fully equipped games room including a pool table. The Mouse can easily be reached in 10 – 12 minutes. Close enough to pop back for a swim and return for the Fireworks later in the evening of required. Universal – 25 minutes. Sea World/ Discovery Cove – just 20 minutes. Cocoa Beach - 50 mins.

Distance to Attractions: The Mouse can easily be reached in 10 – 12 minutes. Close enough to pop back for a swim and return for the Fireworks later in the evening of required. Universal – 25 minutes. Sea World/ Discovery Cove – just 20 minutes. If you like the beach you can reach the Cocoa Beach in just 50 minutes or the clear waters of the Gulf in just over the hour. If Golf is more your thing then Eagle Pointe is in the central location for all the Orlando area has to offer to golfers of all standards. For all your Grocery need there is a 24 hour Walmart just 2 minutes drive from Eagle Heights.

  • The Master suite is of huge proportions and dwarfs the US King size bed that occupies it with luxurious soft furnishings and window treatments. A large TV, telephone and more closet space than you could ever need can also be found here. For Granma and Granpa we have the 2nd Master on the ground floor. Here there is a shower room. TV with DVD and again, plenty of storage. This room also comes in handy with two families traveling together. The two twin bedrooms are upstairs and to the front of the house and share a bathroom. Mickey Mouse has put his stamp on one of these rooms and he is a definite hit with the younger guests we have We also provide crib, high chair and monitors for the youngest of guests.

Jan, Just a quick note to say what a fantastic stay we had at your villa. In the fifteen years we’ve been visiting Florida we can honestly say this is the best accommodation we’ve stayed in including the hotels! We’re pleased to say that our second stay at your villa was just as good as our first if not better. This was the first accommodation we stayed at a second time and we weren’t disappointed with our decision. By our second visit you had added a Games room and Internet connection both invaluable when the kids seem to love MSN messenger these days, although what their friends were doing up in the early hours of the morning I don’t know! We also like the vicinity of your house to the super-WalMart only 5 mins away and convenient on the return journey from the parks which are not much further away.

After a long day it was good to relax in your new Jacuzzi while the kids played with all the inflatables in the pool. When we did stay inside when there was the usual thunderstorms the Cable TV and DVD was great to keep the kids entertained when they weren't playing pool or air hockey. Thanks for renting us your Villa once again and it was good to meet briefly on our way home, we can definitely say that we will try to book your villa again the next time we’re in Orlando.
