An easy drive from Soller and the Port de Soller, Ca'n Baixo enjoys privacy and stunning views from the hills at Sa Figuera. The house sits in its own extensive grounds, planted with a variety of native trees. There is a large private swimming pool as well as an outdoor kitchen area. The house, which is all on one level, is beautifully and sympathetically decorated in a comfortable contemporary style with original art works and interesting design details. There is a large, fully equipped dining kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave oven. The sitting room has an open fire and flat screen TV. There are three comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom has an open fireplace and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a four poster bed and the third has very comfortable twin beds. Both bathrooms have bidet and shower.

The house is equidistant (5minutes by car and a 30 minute walk) to Soller and the Port of Soller. Soller is a historic and atmospheric town offering good restaurants, sight seeing and shopping. The Port of Soller is fast becoming a very exclusive holiday spot and offers excellent restaurants, an impressive beach and a good selection of water sports and activities. The Port of Soller is linked to Soller by a tram system brought from San Fransisco and there are spectacular views of the coastline from the lighthouse. This area is an ideal destination for walkers, offering picturesque scenery.
