Villa Ametla is situated in la Florida ,PARC natural Denia Alicante, with a large private pool and well maintained lawns, sub tropical trees ,plants and shrubs, and a private double garage The villa has 3 double bedrooms, with two bathrooms, and a large lounge which also has a sofa bed. there is a BBQ area, sun loungers etc. Villa Ametla is situated between Denia 2km and Javea 7km , with the nearest beaches ,restaurants, shops, a five minute drive away. The Ibiza and Palma ferries are also only 7 minutes from the villa.Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, and Benidorm, are a 40min dive away. Both Valencia, and Alicante Airports are within easy reach. This spacious villa also benefits from a full conserje service.....garden, pool, help ect....
