Excellent service, not excellent accommodations

This is a beautiful property from the OUTSIDE with excellent location and superior service from all of the staff: Hector, Buju, Bull, Keon, Florence. They are all absolutely marvelous and cater to your every need. It's like having your own personal staff. The grounds and the unit are very clean. Gorgeous beach. However, these are NOT luxuriant villas as they are advertised. Old, poor quality furnishings, mismatched plates/forks/coffee cups and not many of them. No wine glasses or corkscrew. Broken futon in our unit and everything covered in plastic. Plastic Walmart table and chairs on patio. Bathrooms and bedroom furniture need upgrade. These could be SO much more. It is really a fabulous property. For very little money, it seems like the contents of these units could be upgraded and brought up to the status of luxuriant, as they claim. We were very disappointed when we walked in. We had stayed at the Coyaba, in Montego Bay and we were expecting furnishings more in line with that property. I wouldn't recommend this property to a friend until/unless it is upgraded.
