Lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single-storey property in "The Shire" at West Haven in Davenport - built in late, 2007. Our home is located in a gated community and is in a cul-de-sac and therefore has a very private and sate outlook. Within the villa you will find 4 bedrooms including 2 masters and three full bathrooms (2 en-suite). There is a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room, a living room with sofa bed and direct access to the pool deck, a formal dining area that seats 6, breakfast nook that seats 4 and 2 bar stools. The home has 5 TV's and 5 DVD's (42" TV in the living room with DVD player, 27" TV in the first master with DVD player, 20" TV in the second master with DVD player, and 20" TV's with built-in DVD players in both twin bedrooms) The bedrooms include the first master with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has his n' hers vanities, bath, separate shower cubicle, separate toilet room and walk-in-closet. The second master has a queen-size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom that has direct access to the pool deck. The other 2 bedrooms both have a pair of twin beds and share the third communal bathroom. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. There is a games room in the garage that has a pool table with overhead lights, fusball and darts for the enjoyment of guests.
On the south-east facing pool deck you will find a heatable electric pool with spa, a covered lanai with ceiling fan and wall light, upgraded metal patio furniture that includes a round table, 4 chairs and 4 sun-loungers (2 have head rests and easily fold down into chairs if required). From the deck you have views of the wetland area diagonally to the left and straight ahead is a retention pond. For the safety of young children the pool deck also has a safety net.
"The Shire" has access to the clubhouse facilities at West Haven that include a large swimming pool, terraced area, tennis courts, beach volleyball and a gym. These facilities are due to open in late 2008.
Located off Hwy 54, "The Shire" at West Haven is near to famous attractions such as Walt Disney World and Sea World, and conveniently positioned for the massive shopping plaza at Posner Park on the junction of I4 and Hwy 27 just 2.5 miles away, and there is also the famous Florida Mall to visit.
