The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which has leather seats and a 27"TV. The south-facing pool deck has a private heatable electric swimming pool with pool blanket and has gorgeous views overlooking a pond and nature preserve. The deck also has a covered lanai with patio furniture consisting of a round table, 4 chairs and 3 loungers. The setting of the majestic Rolling Hills, adds to the charm of this home and such a great location, this will be a vacation to remember. This home will accommodate 10 people.
