This lovely home is close to all the attractions, but far enough away to give you the peace and quiet you desire after a busy day sightseeing. This home features a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are masters, (1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds), 3 bathrooms, an alarm system and a fully equipped game room in the garage. Work you tan while enjoying the heatable swimming pool with spa that is surrounded by a screened patio. This home will accommodate up to 8 people very comfortably.
Highgate Park at The Villages of Legacy Park is a prestigious gated holiday community located in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area that features a child’s play area and tennis courts. Highgate Park is a wonderful community and with the added attraction of Walt Disney World practically at your doorstep, you really can have the time of your lives. Highgate Park is located south of US Highway 192 and north of I-4 on US Highway 27.
When most people think of Orlando and Florida, they obviously think of the theme parks which are world famous and expanding all the time. Highgate Park is perfectly placed to visit all of them and all are within a short driving distance.

You may not want to visit the theme parks, or only do one or two, so what else can you do in Orlando? There is lots of shopping and bargains from flea markets to designer shops. You can play golf on some of the best courses in the world and you have over 150 courses to choose from. Why not go for an airboat ride and see the alligators close up or go horse back riding on a trail ranch. If you are looking for culture, there is theatre, opera, art galleries and museums. If you visit in the right season, there is the Orlando Magic basketball and Tampa Bay Buccaneers football and, of course, spring baseball camps are located throughout Central Florida.
From Highgate Park you are only an hour away from the Kennedy Space Center where you can learn all about space and maybe even get to see a launch. Daytona Beach is within an hour’s drive if you are a NASCAR enthusiast. You will only be an hour away from the Gulf Coast and the fantastic beaches. Turnday: Any.
