Photos and Description of this Juan-les-Pins holiday apartment Ideal well positioned apartment, for good sun, sand & sea experience

This well placed and fitted out apartment is very new for season 2008. The completion date for this apartment is around end April beginning May, the new kitchen which will be fitted in the new year will be Woodstock from Hygenia and have everything you will need. The apartment is 5mins walk to beach and about 10mins to the center of Juan les pins. For the walkers amongst you then walking towards golfe Juan & Cannes is a great way to spend the day. The apartment has a large terrace and private garden so enjoying the evening sun and unwinding in the evening with glass of wine. The residence has a pool with a beach approach so safe for all young and old. You can hire a car as the apartment has a garage for parking and safety. The train station is 15mins away which allows you access to all along the coast, the bus will also play a large part of your stay from and to the airport. The residence has shops bars and restaurants for evenings if not a short walk into Juan les pins is a must.

This apartment is perfectly placed in between Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan. The residence is set on the beach front between the two. You can walk into Juan Les Pins for trendy shopping, restaurants and night life. You can catch the train from here to all along the coast. If you wish to walk the other way you will walk to the port of Golfe Juan. The access with a car is very good also for you to visit Antibes and inland Biot, Vallauiris for the pottery and further onto the Golf Courses are all in easy access. Cannes is very close for the film festival. The apartment will be a great base for all ages and activities.

Lovely apartment in smart new development. Wonderful pool set within landscaped gardens and sandy beach very close. Had really great time and would highly recommend it.

Lovely New Apartment

We have just returned from a lovely week in this apartment in Juan les Pins. The apartment is very new and modern and supplies everything you need for a great stay.
We were particularly impressed with all the essentials supplied like cleaning products as well as a very welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk etc as well as a bottle of wine!
The apartment is perfect for two but there is room for 3/4 using the very comfortable sofa bed. There's a lovely spacious terrace and garden area which catches the sun all day and well into the evening. It's less than 5 mins to the beach and roughly 10-15 mins walk along the seafront right into the centre of Juan les Pins.
Our only dissatisfaction was that the pool was closed for the whole of our stay (mid May) even though it was advertised as having a pool and the temperature was well into the mid 20's. We were informed that this decision was down to the management company of the complex but we feel that this point should be stated in the advert.
Overall a very pleasant apartment in a lovely complex.
