Highgate Park is a prestigious gated holiday community located in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192, only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses and less than 15 minutes drive to Disney World.
Our beautiful Executive 4 bed roomed fully air conditioned villa is furnished to a very high standard. The villa, set on a SOUTH FACING PLOT comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-from-home and the living room and master bedroom have remote controlled cable TV. Two families could share in the utmost of comfort alternatively one family would have no trouble relaxing in this spacious villa.
This superb 4 bed/3 bath villa has an extended sun deck and beautiful pool and spa area. Patio doors, lead out to the fully screened with privacy screening to the base, south facing deck area. Tthe pool is serviced and cleaned weekly. Arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months and sun loungers, patio chairs and table are provided. The garage has been converted to a GAMES ROOM and there is also free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children’s play area.
This luxurious home is equipped with cable TV's, FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET upgraded kitchen appliances, hand picked high grade furnishings and consists of a large open plan family room looking out onto the pool area. A living room which has two sofas, one of which is a queen size sofa bed. A further dining area and the luxury kitchen, with breakfast table and chairs, a breakfast bar and stools, fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, fridge freezer with ice- maker, built in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, telephone with modem outlet.

The very spacious accommodation comprises of: 2 master bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms. One master suite comprises a king size bed with en-suite facilities, and the other a Queen Size bed, fully air-conditioned throughout, large living room with queen size sleeper bed and formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen with two breakfast areas, utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, spacious family room with patio doors leading to pool area, cable TV, DVD & stereo and telephone with modem outlet.

Attractions & Distances
For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course (Champions Gate - designed by Greg Norman) just 10 minutes drive away. The property is also within 15 minutes of another six good courses.
For a family holiday all of the major attractions including Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and Cypress Gardens are within 30 minutes drive.
The Gulf and Atlantic coasts and Kennedy Space Centre are only an hour and a half away.
There is a children’s play area and tennis courts within the community.
