Property Description:
The Villa has a modern Kitchen fitted with all appliances and plenty of workspace. The air conditioned lounge / Dining room has an oak dining table and chairs with leather 3 piece suite and is a comfortable room to relax in. This room leads out to the upper terrasse with another table and chairs and charcoal BBQ.
The bathroom consists of a full sized bath with shower facility, large wash basin with mirror over and storage below. The bathroom is also equipped with a heated towel radiator and WC.
The two bedrooms are both air conditioned and have wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. Linen will be provided for the beds.
Downstairs at studio level is a large covered terrasse with table and 4 chairs and gas BBQ overlooking the pool.
Surrounding Area:
Set in the hills midway between St. Tropez and the Canyon du Verdon and just 1 hours drive from Nice airport, This is where you can relax with a glass of the local rose wine and breathe the fresh air, unwind, and revive. Situated just two minutes drive from the village of Flayosc where you can experience the vibrant village atmosphere of the bars, cafes and restaurants. There are a range of shops in the village to meet all daily requirements including several Boulangeries with an excellent choice of bread and pattisseries.
There are numerous medieval villages in the area, each offering their own charm, the Villages of Lorgues, Aups and Salernes are nearby with their typical Provencal markets.
The Riviera towns of St Raphael and Frejus are just 30 minutes away or if you want to sample the high life the glittering resorts of Cannes, Nice and Monaco are easily accessible to the east with Aix-en-Provence and Marseille to the west.
Things to do:
As well as visiting the local villages and their markets, there are many local vineyards for wine tasting, along with Horse riding, Canoeing, Golf and Quad biking. There are also many beautiful places for walks and picnics in the surrounding area.
