This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single-storey villa with 2 master suites is on Rolling Hills. The home has lots of character having volume ceilings and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a formal dining area that seats 6 and 3 bar stools. The bedrooms consist of two masters - both with queen size beds, a full bed in the third bedroom and a twin bedroom. The home also benefits from having a laundry room. The living room has leather sofas, ceiling fan, a TV and VCR and has direct access to the pool deck and covered lanai. The pool deck has a very nice outlook and is relatively private and benefits from having an outside shower. There is also a covered lanai with ceiling light and the patio furniture consists of a round table, 7 chairs (4 tubular with cushions) and 4 loungers.
