Family summer holiday rental 5 bed town house available built on 3 floors in traditional Andalusian style near to Marbella. Sleeps 8 comfortably. 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double sofa bed & 1 twin bedroom. 3 double bedrooms are each air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms - 3 showers & 2 baths. Shared pool. Private garden. Near to many first-class golf courses, beach & shops. The famous Nikki Beach is just 1 km away. There are 12 houses in the urbanization with electrically operated gate for access & security. 2 car parking spaces. Fully furnished, including bed linen & towels. 3 sun terraces for private sunbathing, including sun loungers. Inside or outside dinning for 8 - 10 persons. Games room including pool table & table football. House is alarmed & window shutters for extra security. 10 minutes walk to Elviria commercial centre including 2 supermarkets, international restaurants, bars, banks & other shops. Visit typical Andalucian villages of Mijas or Nerja. Many golf courses very close by for example: Greenlife Golf set in the Elviria Hills, Santa Maria & Santa Clara golf courses & the famous Marbella Golf & Country Club. Elviria beach is about 15-20 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car. Nikki Beach is next to Elviria beach about 1.5 kms from the house. Excursion to Tangiers Morocco by ferry from Algerciras or Tarrifa (crossing time is 35 minutes).

  • 3 Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The others do not have wardrobe facilities. 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Marble floors throughout. The bedrooms are not large but airy & comfortable. There are 2 basement bedrooms (underground) therefore they are much cooler in the peak summer months. There is a portable wardrobe available for the basement bedrooms. One of the basement bedrooms does not have any natural light. Even though the house has a total of 7 bedrooms it is not a large house and has only 3 bathrooms & 3 toilets. It is ideally suitable for say 2-3 families & their children to avoid overcrowding.

Very nice house, excellent facilities

We stayed for two weeks in this house and had a great time. The house itself in perfect, lots of rooms and beds, enough to accomodate large families (we were 13 people). Nice decoration, AC in all the rooms. The lower level is perfect for its cool temperatures, Billard and table football provide family fun. The location is very nice, five minute walk to the nearest shopping center and restaurants (great tapas at the Barracon de los Tapas), 10 minute walk to the beach. Golfing is great, (3 minutes by car). The communal pool is very clean and inviting, sunny all through the day. The only thing missing is a little shade nest to the pool in Marbella the sun shines 365 days a year... Highly recommended...

My family had a wonderful summer holidays in Elviria. The owner was expecting us personally and provided all the information needed. The house has four rooms, three of them with air conditioned. The fourth one is on the basement and is very fresh. The property was in good conditions, clean and very well equipped. All the equipment worked fine. The garden is beautifull and the pool fantastic (water temperature around 30ºC).
Just five minutes walk there are some restaurants and bars. Marbella and Puerto Banus are at 10 and 15 minutes by car.
The beach is just 1-2 minutes by car and 10-15 minutes walk. If you go early (before 11h) you´ll have no problem parking near the beach.
I strongly recommend this house for a summer holiday for families with children with a car.

We spent a beautiful vacations.Ww stay 2 weeks and the house was beautiful , the garden was soft and everything was there! the pool was good and clean. we didn't need nothing.the owners were very kindly and genuine.
I will recommend this property for family with young children, for a romantic getway.

i spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house catching up with friends. we barbequed, sunned ourselves on the roof terrace, in the garden and by the pool. the owners were nothing but genuine, helpful people that made our stay all the more pleasant. good location too for going to the beach etc. i would definatley recommend this holiday rental.
