Welcome to our home, a smoke free zone. This inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-storey vacation home is situated in the executive gated community of Weston Hills in Clermont (Hwy 27 North). The bedrooms are 1 Queen bedroom, 1 full bedroom and 1 bedroom with twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper which will bring the accommodation up to 8 people. This home also has a crib for smaller children. There are 3 TV's, 2 DVD's, a VCR and mini CD tape player (32"TV in the living room, 27" TV in the master and 14" TV in the full bedroom). There is dining that seats up to 12 people (formal dining area seats 6, breakfast nook seats 4 and 2 bar stools). There are also ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. This spacious home has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation stay. The south-facing screened in pool is surrounded by a wooden privacy fence, the ideal place to relax after a day at the parks. The deck has a covered lanai with upgraded patio furniture that includes a table, 4 chairs and 2 loungers with cushions. There are no rear neighbors as the property looks out over conservation land.

Weston Hills is located within easy reach of all Orlando’s top attractions and is ideally situated for a Central Florida Vacation. As you drive thru the coded gates of Weston Hills, you will notice how beautifully kept the community is with a tree lined avenue on your entrance, as well as well-maintained flowered borders. Weston Hills is located north of US Highway 192 on US Highway 27, just a mile from the new Wal-Mart Superstore and other major supermarkets, restaurants and very close to all the well known attractions. Also, only a few minute’s drive is the beautiful Louisa State Park with its own beach, nature trails and fishing. There are numerous championship golf courses within a few miles of this community. Within Weston Hills there is a common area for your pleasure which includes a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, children’s play area, swimming pools, nature trail, children’s aquatic play pool and BBQ facilities. US Highway 27 has easy access to I-4 that enables you to go east and explore the Space Coast or travel west and enjoy the beautiful beaches and attractions of the Tampa area and the Gulf Coast.
