New 32" flat screen HD ready TV in lounge area and there is wireless internet access. The home is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans, TV and DVD in every bedroom and has a safe for storing valuables. The pool, poolside area and balcony overlook a conservation area. A travel cot with linen and a high chair is also provided for guests with infants. The garage has been converted into a game room with 7 foot pool table, PS2 with a selection of games, air hockey, dartboard. Free use of BBQ (though gas not provided) and set of golf clubs. The covered lanai, pool and poolside area fully screened with plenty of loungers. Pool heating can be provided. This home will accommodate up to 12 people comfortably.
