This executive 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home (1,929 square feet) is conveniently located at Calabay Parc and is within 15 minutes of Disney World. Calabay Parc is an exquisite planned community of luxury vacation homes on spacious sites with winding streets and a family recreation park. The first Master Suite has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large garden tub, separate shower enclosure and double vanity. The second Master Suite has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a disabled friendly shower enclosure. Each Master Suite features a 19" color cable television and ensuite walk-in closet. Each master suite also has a door that opens onto a covered lanai and swimming pool area. There are two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds, and a third bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This home has a laundry room with washer/dryer. The Kitchen and Living area offer a great view of the screened in pool and lanai. In addition, this home features a separate formal Dining Room.
This home has high speed Internet access (cable modem, Time Warner Road Runner). If guests take with them a laptop (with Windows 98 or above and Pentium or above) and have either a USB port or a network card and cable (cat 5 connection), they can plug it in and have high speed Internet access. There is also an inkjet color printer.
This home offers a lighted and screen-enclosed 15' x 30' private pool and Spa/Jacuzzi. The covered lanai and pool area features 2 tables, 8 chairs and 2 chaise lounges as well as over 300 square feet of extra decking for your relaxation and enjoyment by the pool. Perfect for alfresco dining. The pool and Spa/Jacuzzi can be heated. The pool and patio area faces south thereby affording virtually all day sunshine. The pool has underwater lighting.
Calabay Parc is one of the most sought after, stylish and celebrated vacation communities in central Florida. Situated in a conservation area surrounded by orange groves and woodland, all lawns and landscaping are maintained on a regular basis to keep up its immaculate appearance. At the southwest corner of the community you will find a children’s play area equipped with 4 swings, 2 slides, and a gazebo for parents to sit in the shade while the kids play. Calabay Parc is situated on Highway 27, between US Highway 192 and I-4, and is within minutes of many golf courses, including the spectacular Champions Gate Golf Complex. Two miles on Highway 27 is a Publix Supermarket along with other convenience stores. A new Super Wal-Mart is just 3 miles further, just over the junction of Highway 192. Six miles south on Highway 27 is another Super Wal-Mart, restaurants, banks and shopping. Interstate 4 is just 4 miles south on Highway 27, taking you straight to all the theme parks, downtown Orlando, Gulf Coast or the Atlantic Coast.
