This lovely 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom single-storey home located in the resort community of Aviana will meet all your needs for an enjoyable vacation. It has 2 living rooms, 2 masters and 3 TV's. There is a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook area that seats 4 and a formal dining area that seats 6 comfortably. The family room has a sleeper sofa, 32" flat screen TV with a combined VCR/DVD player and a 5-disc CD music player. The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 master bedrooms; the first has a king-size bed, 24" TV, phone and en-suite bathroom that has a corner bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet room, large single vanity, tiled floor and a walk-in-closet. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, 19" TV, closet and an en-suite bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, single vanity, tiled floor and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms both have a pair of twin beds and are separated by a communal bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, single vanity and tiled floor. On the west-facing pool deck there is a heatable gas pool that is 3ft ~ 5ft deep with a pool safety net for those with young children. It also has a pool blanket, round table, 4 chairs and 4 loungers (all are tubular with cushions). This home will sleep 10 people.

There is also a beach volleyball court, putting green and a kid’s playground. Inside the clubhouse you will find a lounge, computer room with free access and free printing, a card room with TV and a gym which can be used 24 hours a day once a pass card has been issued at the main clubhouse. Note, there are also plans to have a game room and sundry shop at some stage in the future.
