This 3 bedroom single-storey villa is located in West Haven within the sub-division of "The Hamlet". The villa has been furnished throughout to the highest standard and the kitchen is equipped with all you could need including an oven/ hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. The utility room just off the kitchen has a large washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 living rooms including a family room featuring cable television and there is a separate dining room with formal dining table that seats 6, a breakfast nook that seats 4 and 2 bar stools. The front living room has a sofa bed. The 3 bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a king-size bed and with cable television plus ensuite bathroom that includes his n' her vanities, bath, shower cubicle, toilet and large walk-in-closet. There is a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a separate bathroom. There are 4 TV's and 2 DVD's (27"TV with DVD player in the family room, 19"TV in the master, 20"TV in the queen bedroom with DVD player and a 20"TV in the twin bedroom. Outside, there are gardens front and rear, the pool deck has a covered lanai with ceiling fan and there is a round table and 6 chairs for al-fresco dining and 2 loungers. The private pool has underwater lighting, which is screened for your benefit and can be heated if you choose out-of-summer months, at an additional charge. For those with young children there is also a safety net. The property will accommodate up to 8 people.
The Hamlet at West Haven is in a great location just 15 minutes from Disney Main Gate, 20 minutes to Sea World, 30 minutes to Universal Studios, 60 minutes to Kennedy Space Centre, 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes to Sanford Airport.
There are also many great golf courses close-by, not least of which are the two Greg Norman designed courses at Champions Gate, just 2 minutes away.
The villa is ideally located close to the local amenities. Approximately 2 minutes drive away are a deli, Subway (bread rolls, you choose the filling), general store, pharmacy, hairdressers, bar, various shops and a petrol station. Approximately 3 minutes drive will bring you to a Publix supermarket, liquor store, Chinese restaurant (who do takeaways), McDonalds, pizzeria, video store, hairdressers and a mailbox. Turnday: Any.
