This very spacious 2-storey home is located in the community of Lake Davenport Estates and will make your vacation stay very enjoyable! The home has 5 bedrooms (1 queen-sized bed in master downstairs, full-size bed in upstairs 2nd bedroom and 3 bedrooms with twin beds - one of which is downstairs). It also has a sofa bed in the great room which has volume ceilings and views of the pool deck. There is also a formal dining room that seats 6 and a breakfast nook that seats 4. The spacious master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with his & her vanities, separate toilet and a marble garden tub (bath) and shower cubicle. There are 2 TV's and a DVD (27"TV with DVD player in great room, 20" TV in master). The home also has a pack-n-play (fold-a-way crib). The villa accommodates up to 12 people. On the pool deck you can relax by the swimming pool after a long day at the theme parks. The deck has a covered lanai with upgraded patio furniture including a table, 2 chairs and 2 loungers with cushions. The view form the deck is private with a retention pond and embankment in the distance.
Lake Davenport Estates is located off Highway 27 just 1.5 miles south of Hwy 192. Conveniently close to shopping, supermarkets, restaurants on both Hwy 27 and Hwy 192 and still just 15 minutes from Disney. Although close to all the conveniences, it retains its quiet and peaceful charm. Lake Davenport Estates has many community amenities, including a community pool, playground, basketball and tennis courts for guests to use free of charge. A wide selection of golf courses is nearby and fishing is popular at Lake Davenport. I-4 (exit 55) is just 7 minutes away or (exit 64) 12 minutes way and provides easy access to the beaches near Tampa on the west coast or Cocoa and Melbourne on the east coast. Turnday: Any.
