Take a 7 minute stroll and you are at the magnificent Playa Esmerelda. This beach is perfect for swimming with lovely clear water and safe sandy beaches. Nearby there is Sotovento Beach a 15 mile stretch of clean sands for the more energetic. This is an excellent area for water sports including windsurfing and kite surfing. The apartment overlooks the famous Rene Egli windsurfing and kite surfing pro centre. The world surfing championships are held here between July and August every year. Windsurfing and kite surfing equipment is available to lease nearby.

  • Please contact Feargus by e-mail or telephone to arrange booking. Prices are in euros. A booking deposit of 200 euros is required to secure the property for your required dates. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to travelling. If you need to cancel your booking, this will incur a loss of deposit and if cancellation is made with less than 6 weeks to go before the date of travel, the full amount will be retained, unless the apartment can be re-booked. If the booking is made with less than 6 weeks before the date of travel then the full amount must be paid on booking. Payments can be made by transfer in euros. On booking the apartment a deposit of 150 euro is required to cover damage and final clean. This will be refunded after leaving the apartment - minus the cost of final cleaning -70 euros.

    Access to apartment by 16.00 on date of arrival. Property must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on date of departure unless alternative arrangments agreed with owner.

Golf: There are four golf courses within easy reach of this apartment. One is in Jandia and is approximately a minute 10 drive from Playa Paraiso apartment. There are two golf courses located in Caleta De Fuste which is approximately 40 minutes drive away. There is a new course in Las Playitas Non - member are welcome at all of these courses.

Rene Egli Pro Centre: This excellent apartment overlooks the world famous Rene Egli wind and kite surfing Pro Centre on Sotovento beach. You are a mere 7 minutes walk down to this centre where you can kite and wind surf to your hearts content. The world wind and kite surfing championships are held here each year in July and August.

Yesterday afternoon we returned from our holiday in your apartment in Playa Paraiso. We had a great time; very nice and comfortable apartment with a fabulous sea - and mountain view. Jopie and Ger Stevens.
