Notes to the rental rates

• Excellent rates available for periods of more than two weeks. Also great last minute special offers available.
  Book before the end of September and get 30% discount off quoted rates.
  Christmas period is charged at a different rate.
  
• Please contact Feargus by e-mail or telephone to arrange booking. Prices are in euros and are based on 4 people sharing. For each additional person there will be a charge of €50 each per week (max. 2 extra people). A booking deposit of €200 is required to secure the property for your required dates. The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to travelling. If you need to cancel your booking, this will incur a loss of deposit and if cancellation is made with less than 6 weeks to go before the date of travel, the full amount will be retained, unless the apartment can be re booked. If the booking is made with less than 6 weeks before the date of travel then the full amount must be paid on booking. Payments can be made by transfer in euros. On booking the apartment a deposit of €150 is required to cover damage and final clean. This will be refunded after leaving the apartment - minus the cost of final cleaning - €60.

Rene Egli Pro Centre

This excellent apartment overlooks the world famous Rene Egli wind and kite surfing Pro Centre on Sotovento beach. You are a mere 7 minutes walk down to this centre where you can kite and wind surf to your hearts content. The world wind and kite surfing championships are held here each year in July and August.

Golf Information:

There are four golf courses within easy reach of this apartment. One is in Jandia and is approximately a 10 drive from Playa paraiso apartment. There are two golf courses is located in Caleta De Fuste which is approximately 40 minutes drive away. There is a new course in Las Playitas Non member are welcome at all of these courses.
