Built of the finest reclaimed Istrian stone this spacious, light and airy house enjoys the most privileged, elevated position facing inland standing over neatly manicured olive trees and grapevines. Spreading out before you is a breathtaking sweep of hills overlooking the Mirna Valley, punctuated by the hilltop medieval strongholds of Groznjan, Motuvun, Buje and Buzet in the distance and – last but not least the marvellous sea. Sovinjac is located right between the cosy east coast and the marvellous west coast. Unquestionably, this is quintessential Istria.
Each area is clearly defined within the welcoming, open layout where the splendid dining room is generously bestowed with a large double door and a wide opening sliding door to take full advantage of the striking view. Both share a covered terrace which also feasts over the surrounding rural panorama. The living room offers the choice for a second terrace to be chosen both in the morning and afternoon in the gorgeous sunset.
