A Beautiful Villa that offers plenty of space inside and out with private Parking and Pool 8x4m. The Villa has Air conditioning and fans throughout. There is a large lounge with two reclining sofas and chairs. The Villa is all on one level, ideal for those of you with young children who worry about stairs. There is a large artificial grassed area for children to play (outdoor games provided). There are various sun terraces, the terrace area in front of the pool has a table, 3 setter swing hammock and sun loungers, the sea views from this area are breathtaking. There is a stone built BBQ courtyard with a dining table. The Roof terrace is the size of the Villa, with Panoramic Views of the Sea and Coastline. There are a few Restaurants/Bars within walking distance. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive with a fresh meat section and freshly baked bread and cakes. The two beautiful Beaches of Binisafuller and lovers cove are both a 5 minutes walk from the Villa as is the Tennis club

Location: Binisafuller in Spain

Nearest Beach: beach at 400.0 Metres
Car: recommended
Menorca is a very small island but it is full of wonderful things to do and discover. S'Agar has Sailing Scuba diving, Parascending and Windsurfing 15 minutes drive from the Villa. There is a Diving school 10 minutes drive in Binibeca. The Tennis club/restaurant is a five minutes walk as are the two nearest beaches. Mahon town and harbour are a 15 minute drive, the harbour is definitely worth a visit. There is a Casino at the Port if you fancy a flutter. There is a Audax Spa & Wellness Centre with body treatments and massage therapy. The 18 hole Golf course is open all year and is about 30 minutes drive. There are spectacular Equestrian Shows, Trotting races in Saint LLuis and Horse riding and Pony Trecking. If you want an action packed holiday you can hire Mountain bikes do Archery, hire Kayaks, hire Boats and much more. I have compiled a comprehensive book available at the Villa outlining things to do, Places to see and fantastic Restaurants to visit

Wonderful Villa

This was our first experience of renting a villa as we took my elderly parents, we were not disappointed. Vicky (the owner) was extremely obliging and helpful prior to setting off for our holiday.Mark was there at the Villa when we arrived to show us around again extremely helpful. The villa was everything the photos showed and more, could not have wished for better. Everything was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. As we cooked in everyday there was everything we could possibly need. The welcome pack supplied was wonderful. The villa is in a lovely quiet area and so peaceful. Thanks Vicky - we will be recommending to our friends. You have set the standard for any future villa rental holidays we may consider in other countries.

Lived up to expectations

This was our first experience of booking a holiday on the internet & also staying in a villa and I'm pleased to say we were not disappointed.
The description was very precise and everything had been provided that you could possible need. It was clean & well maintained to a very high standard.
After making the original booking Vicky (the owner) contacted us by phone and was very helpful & nothing was too much trouble for her, on arrival we were met by Mark who again was very helpful and a useful contact if anything went wrong.
The villa was very spacious & beautifully furnished, toys for the pool were provided & even beach towels were available.
A car is a definate "must", Vicky was helpful with a recommendation, which was excellent.
A 10 minute drive takes you to Binibeca beach lovely for the children, but only a short walk away is a lovely sheltered cove, however it was lovely to just relax by the pool and enjoy the peace & quiet.
All in all a fabulous holiday for us all, the group consisted of grandparents, parents, 4yr old & 1yr old and it certainly lived up to all our expectations.
