Set on elevated grounds Margherita Villa Apartments enjoy superb panoramic views of Mellieha Bay and Santa Maria Estate valley. The property comprises of 3 spacious and recently decorated self-catering apartments, which share a good size swimming pool complimented with sun deck area together with umbrellas and sun loungers and a delightful BBQ area where shower and toilet facilities are available.

Each apartment has it's own private terrace and entrance. This property can be rented in 3 individual apartments or as a whole property accommodating 16 persons. The upper 2 apartments of 3 bedrooms each interconnect and can provide accommodation for 12 persons. The lower 2 bedroom apartment is ground floor and is ideal for disabled persons. Each apartment has it's own private parking in the driveway.

Margherita Villa Apartments are situated in a tranquil & peaceful area in Mellieha called Santa Maria Estate. They are only 5 minutes walking distance from the village centre, where one can find shops, bars & restaurants, banks and much more. Therefore renting a car is not a necessity. The beach is only 5 minutes drive from the villa and 10 minutes drive to reach the ferry terminal if you intend to visit the sisters’ islands of Malta, Gozo & Comino.

I and my family rent the three bed-roomed apartment in Villa Margherita only on the basis of the web-site's description. We were fully satisfied of it. The friendship of the owner was wonderfull before and during the holiday. The house was clean, well-maintained and complete in its facilities (good but not excellent the washing machine). All the types of shop are present in Mellieha and the house is very closed to the bus stop to go all over the island. Not very far the wonderfull Mellieha Bay. So a good property in a good place.

first class apartment

From the moment we arrived at the apartment, Margaret (the proprietor) couldn't have been more helpful to us. Apparently, we had been granted a free upgrade to our original booking which of course was a pleasant surprise. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well presented, and overlooked the welcoming swimming pool. The local supermarket was within 300 yards walking distance, as were superb local restaurants. We finally got to grips with the excellent local bus service which enabled us to travel extensively at minimal cost. This was our first visit to Malta and we can't give praise enough to Margaret, and indeed her family, for making us very welcome and offering us immediate assistance when we needed it. We would certainly hope to visit Malta again, and would most certainly wish to stay at Margaret's apartment again. All in all, a first class apartment, and we have absolutely no hesitation in giving an A+++ recommendation

Wir haben uns in der Villa Margherita sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Margaret hat uns sehr freundliche empfangen und alles erklärt. Jederzeit ist sie hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und sehr groß. Die Terasse ist herrlich zum sitzen. Der gepflegte Pool lädt sofort zum baden ein. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
In Mellieha gibt es viele Restaurants, alle zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und mit dem Bus kommt man überall hin.
Wir würden jederzeit das Appartment bei Margaret wieder mieten und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
