This lovely ranch style home with LAKE VIEW and FREE INTERNET has a living room, formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 4 bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, sofa sleeper, alarm system, safe, 5 TVs, 2 DVDs, a game room in the garage with pool table, table tennis and electronic darts. Enjoy the screened in patio with your own private swimming pool with Jacuzzi after a hot day at the theme parks, shopping or sightseeing. The pool deck includes a pool blanket, safety net, 1 round table with umbrella, 4 tubular chairs with cushions and a further 3 tubular reclining chairs with cushions and each reclining chair has a foot stool. There's also a lovely view of a pond and woodland. This home will accommodate up to 10 people comfortably.
Sunrise Lakes is a beautiful community within Orlando, Florida area and is located 1 mile north of West US Highway 192 on US 27. Sunrise Lakes lies perfectly midway between the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, both of which are less than an hour’s drive. There are numerous golf courses within a few minutes drive. Walt Disney World is located a short 10 minute drive with many other Disney attractions only 15 minutes away. Sea World and Universal Studios is less than 30 minutes away. Within walking distance there is a bank, post office, supermarket, fast food restaurant and a pharmacy. All of the essential amenities including a bank, gas station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, Lowe's and a variety of shops, restaurants, and local pubs are only minutes away that cater to every taste and price range.
