This condo is beautifully furnished including a games room, 1 living room, 4 TV's and 4 DVD's (42" plasma flat-screen TV in family room with DVD player, 20" LCD flat-screen TV with DVD player in each of the 3 bedrooms), fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops and breakfast bar, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a pool and air hockey table in the front room along with sitting area consisting of 2 bar stools and a table, a sofa sleeper in the living room, computer with desk and internet service. The 3 bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom that includes his and her vanities, bath tub, shower cubicle and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a dining area with formal dining table that seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools. There are window treatments throughout. The large balcony benefits from having a ceiling fan with light and upgraded patio furniture consisting of 2 chairs, and 1 side table. Linens, towels, dishware, cookware and utensils are provided. This condo will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.

There are many golf courses in the area, including Shingle Creek Golf Club which has complimentary valet parking. In addition, SeaWorld and Universal Studios are less than 10 minutes away! There is easy access to I-4 which will lead you to Disney World, Downtown Disney and all of the attractions along US 192.
