This condo is beautifully furnished including 2 living rooms, 4 TV's and 5 DVD's (42" plasma flat-screen TV in family room with 2 DVD players - note, the 2nd DVD player is for European movies only, 20" LCD flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player in each of the 3 bedrooms), fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops and breakfast bar, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, a sofa sleeper in the front living room, computer, printer, 2 media speakers with desk, hutch, chair and internet/wireless service. The 3 bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with king-size 4-poster bed with spectacular views of the lake and large en-suite bathroom that includes his and her vanities, bath tub, very large shower cubicle and partioned toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with closet while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a closet. There is a dining area with formal dining table that seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools. There are tasteful window treatments throughout. The property has lovely views of Lake Cay from the balcony, living room and the master bedroom. The large balcony benefits from having a ceiling fan with light and upgraded patio furniture consisting of 4 chairs and 1 side table. Also located in the property for use is 1 pack n' play (foldaway crib), 1 umbrella stroller and 1 high chair. Linens, towels, dishware, cookware and utensils are provided. Beach towels are also provided in the unit for use at the resort pool. This condo will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. There are many golf courses in the area, including Shingle Creek Golf Club which has complimentary valet parking. In addition, SeaWorld and Universal Studios are less than 10 minutes away! There is easy access to I-4 which will lead you to Disney World, Downtown Disney and all of the attractions along US 192.
