Recently restored, Pippins is a single store cottage designed in a stylish contemporary manner with a tasteful blend of natural stone and timber floors. A rural haven close to the lovely small village of Offham, set in the orchards of the North Downs. Surrounded by countryside latticed with walks from outside your door, but within easy reach of numerous tourist attractions, you will never be short of things to do. Entrance is into a cobbled courtyard with a waterfall pond water feature. A spacious airy beamed kitchen diner fully equipped with all the essentials you will require including radio/CD player. Lounge with 'glass' roof, TV and DVD player. The double bedroom with contemporary iron bed and rustic pine furniture. WC with shower cubicle. There are numerous golf courses nearby including Kings Hill, Wrotham Heath and West Malling each only 2miles distant.
