A truly Venetian yet tranquil canal side, self-catering apartment close to Tintoretto's house in Cannaregio. Just 15 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and only 20 minutes from St Mark's Square. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, central heating, air conditioning, TV and radio alarm. Plenty of bed linen, large towels and lots of storage space. Good range of local shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Close to vaporetto stops, airport boat and 10 minutes walk from the train station.

This pretty canalside apartment is located near the Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente on the Fondamenta della Sensa in Cannaregio. Local vap stops are San Marcuola (Grand Canal) and Madonna dell’Orto (for airport, Murano and Burano). Local facilities include bakery, grocers, fruit and veg, butchers and small well stocked supermarkets. The apartment is in Cannaregio, you can walk to Rialto, St. Marks Square and return to the apartment, and sit by the canal and have a beer or a glass of wine inexpensive. Do not forget the Lido beach which is very clean, and you can relax or go for a swim.

My friend and I have just returned from our first trip to Venice which we thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment was roomy,clean and comfortable and in a very peaceful location with friendly neighbours, yet only a short walk to all the popular locations in Venice. The supermarket was close by and there are local restaurants dotted all around the neighbourhood. I shall definately return to Venice and will use this apartment again.

A very well equipped and spacious apartment in a very convenient, but quiet and peaceful area. An ideal spot to explore Venice with nearby vaporetti stops, restaurants and shops. Much more preferable than the limitations of a hotel.

This apartment is very clean and comfortable. The instructions to operate the appliances were provided nicely. The owner, Julie was very helpful. As a bonus, there is a 10% discount in their shop. Julie had already arranged tea bags, milk, biscuits and breakfast - nice little touches but we did not have to worry about finding things. The apartment is also close to vaporetto stops. In general we would highly recommend it !

Die Wohnung entspricht voellig den Angaben. Sie ist vergleichsweise ruhig gelegen, ein Supermarkt ist sehr nah, die Vaporettostation Orto ist knapp 10 Min. entfernt. Wir haben zu viert dort gut leben und schlafen koennen und den Aufenthalt in Venedig sehr genossen.
