Self catering 2 bedroom apart, sleeps up to 7, 2 bathrooms 1 ensuite. Covered & uncovered terrace with amazing panoramic sea views & BBQ. Sea views from both bedrooms. Beach 10 mtrs away (once down apartment steps), 2 minute walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants, larger shop 15 mins walk. Own car parking space. We have made our apartment home from home as we wanted all of the creature comforts available when we holiday there. Washing machine, TV, DVD player, DVD selection, Stereo, CDs, games, books, dining room table and chairs inside and out. There are steps, pls enquire. Beautiful quiet pool. Directly in front of the apartment is Agapanto Restaurant - voted one of top 10 in Majorca. Close to wooden tram to take you into beautiful Soller. From Soller you can take quaint wooden train to Palma, wonderful views. close to Deia, Valledemosa & many beautiful non-commercial resorts. Transfer time only 30 minutes. Puerto De Soller really does have it all.

The Balearic Museum of Natural Sciences. Botanic Gardens, Fundació Jardí Botànic de Sóller. The Museum of the 'Casal de Cultura' is located in the 16th Century manor house ca'n Mo. Deià Archaeological Museum and Research Centre is a short drive away. Shopping in Palma and Soller. Amazing sunsets. A seventeen-mile scenic train ride through the Spanish countryside between Palma and Soller. Beautiful drive to Cap de Formentor. Many scenic drives and walks. Bellver Castle is only 30 minutes away. Suitability: This complex is built into the side of the mountain and is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with steps. This apartment is for people who want to have stunning views in a position where restaurants, beach, bars are in very close proximity. There is a lovely pool in a secluded area but there are 123 steps to the pool or you can drive round to it if you so wish. Our four year old goes up to the pool with no issues. The pool is an additional bonus but if you are looking for a complex where all the apartments surround a pool then this is not the place for you. Our apartment is the first floor so there are no apartments below us but there are 78 steps to get to it. We do have a pully on the balcony so you don't need to carry shopping, rucksacks etc up the stairs (not suitable for suitcases) The apartment is in a stunning area and the large balcony is fantastic for eating and drinking whilst taking in the beautiful views. This is an uncommercial resort although lots to do.

Changeover Days & Times: Please note that we have no fixed changeover days or period of time to which you have to rent. If we do not have anyone leaving on the day you arrive you will be able to arrive however early you wish, if we don't have anyone coming into the apartment on the day you are leaving you can stay as late as you like. If we do have people in arrival time at the apartment is 14:00 hours and you will need to vacate the property at 10:00 hours. We are as flexible and as fair as we can be.

As a family of 3, we found the appartment very comfortable and spacious. It was sufficiently equipted with cooking and cleaning facilities. The kingsized and two single beds were very comfortable and afforded a good nights sleep.
The location of the appartment is just great. The sea being meters from the lower entrance to the appartment complex was an absolute bonus for our young daughter. If you like just swimming, snorkling and lying on the beach this is an ideal appartment. The Puerto de Soller has a quite beach, which offered a lazy, relaxing break. You do need to be fit to contend with the steps up to appartment, but once there the view, location and peace it offers is fantastic.
