We have made our apartment home from home as we wanted all of the creature comforts available when we holiday there. Washing machine,TV, DVD player, DVD selection, Stereo, CDs, games, books, dining room table and chairs inside and out. There are steps, pls enquire. Beautiful quiet pool. Directly in front of the apartment is Agapanto Restaurant - voted one of top 10 in Majorca. Close to wooden tram to take you into beautiful Soller. From Soller you can take quaint wooden train to Palma, wonderful views. close to Deia, Valledemosa & many beautiful non-commercial resorts. Transfer time only 30 minutes. Suitability

This complex is built into the side of the mountain and is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty with steps. This apartment is for people who want to have stunning views in a position where restaurants, beach, bars are in very close proximity. There is a lovely pool in a secluded area but there are 123 steps to the pool or you can drive round to it if you so wish. Our four year old goes up to the pool with no issues. The pool is an additional bonus but if you are looking for a complex where all the apartments surround a pool then this is not the place for you. Our apartment is the first floor so there are no apartments below us but there are 78 steps to get to it. We do have a pully on the balcony so you don't need to carry shopping, rucksacks etc up the stairs (not suitable for suitcases) The apartment is in a stunning area and the large balcony is fantastic for eating and drinking whilst taking in the beautiful views. This is an uncommercial resort although lots to do.

Changeover Days & Times

Please note that we have no fixed changeover days or period of time to which you have to rent. If we do not have anyone leaving on the day you arrive you will be able to arrive however early you wish, if we don't have anyone coming into the apartment on the day you are leaving you can stay as late as you like. If we do have people in arrival time at the apartment is 14:00 hours and you will need to vacate the property at 10:00 hours. We are as flexible and as fair as we can be.
