Sarezzano is village located on the south-east side of Piedmont, in northern Italy. Villa Sarezzano is an Art Deco countryside villa that was built in 1926 & was completely restored in 2005 It's conveniently located 400 m. (1300 ft) from the main square of Sarezzano, it's immerse in open spaces, hills, fields, meadows. From its position it's possible to enjoy a marvelous view of the Grue Valley, the vineyards & on the horizon of the Alps. The property is surrounded by a garden, which is completely fenced, In it, it's positioned a 6x12 meters (39,37 x 19,69 ft) swimming pool, supplied with beach umbrellas, deck chairs, sofa & armchairs The garden also has a barbecue area & a large table ideal to have meals in the open air. The villa is fully air-conditioned, & has all modern appliances: washing machine with built-in dryer, dishwasher, side by side fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a 42' plasma TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, wood-burning fireplace, hot-tub, infrared sauna, showers.

A side equipped column shower with thermostatic mixer, water massage manual selection, 4 jet vertical massage, directional overhead shower & hand shower. A very large, 2,00 m.(6,56 ft) in diameter, hot-tub, 16 air jet blower, 8 stream jet, ozone generator, anatomical seating, underwater light & electric heater. An innovative infrared sauna is also installed in our center for well being. Infrared saunas operate at safer, more comfortable temperatures than other saunas, only 40 - 60C (104 - 140F).Its radiant heat reaches deep, to be absorbed by your body as much as 3,00 cm (1.2 inches) below the skin, while producing the same sweat than other saunas. The ceiling of our sauna is also equipped with a chromotherapy system. Sometimes called colour therapy is based on the premise that certain colours are infused with healing energies. The therapy uses the seven colours of the rainbow to promote balance and healing in the mind & body.

The first part of the swimming pool has a flat an relatively shallow area, ideal for water games and beginners, the second part of it, is deeper and suitable for more expert swimmers. Tower. From the tower, beautiful art deco work with it's superb stained glass windows, it is possible to enjoy the stunning view of the surrounding hills and the village of Sarezzano. All the rooms of the villa are equipped with central heating radiators to be used in winter and air-conditioning for the summer.

Panoramic position in a surprising part of Italy

The pool is probably the biggest asset of this villa. It's bigger than average and very nicely built.
The house is on the slope of a hill looking to the pitoresque village of Sarezzano. If you're inside the house, a look through a window will deliver postcard scenes. This area is just beautiful. Why do all people go to Tuscany ; this is much closer (for people from the North).
The area around Tortona isn't very touristic, which makes it very authentic. But, if you have a car, within 1 hours drive, there's a lot to see (Alba, Asti, Genova, Milano, Acqui Terme, Torino, Camogli...). The area also has some excellent wine production. Make an appointment with one of the vinyards, and you won't be disappointed.
The house itself is very well maintained and nicely furnished.
Overall, this villa was a pleasant surprise. We stayed there with 2 families with small children. The owner was very helpful.
