Tastefully decorated and comfortable self-catering holiday apartment. This ground floor holiday apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment has its own non-shared entry access (many Spanish apartments have a communal entry). Suitable for families and older adults. Bedrooms include a twin and a double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom includes a shower (and washing machine). An iron and ironing board is also available. The kitchen area is well stocked with cooking utensils and has a small oven. The living area has 2 sofas and a TV/Sky/DVD/video players. This lovely holiday apartment has a balcony with table and chairs - also sun loungers to use or take to the nearby beach. The sunny and protected balcony is accessed via the double glazed patio doors. Picturesque harbour views look over Empuriabrava many boats with distant mountain views in the background. We just came back after two weeks holiday and we are very satisfied. The description was very accurate and the apartment was very well maintained. There is a beautiful view from the balcony, I just loved to eat breakfast and drink coffee on it! Very relaxing and peaceful! We had a good communication with the owner. There is a big choice of the beach equipment so my 7 year old son was a very happy boy. The kitchen is small but it was enough for the four of us. Nice sandy beach is only 3 min. walk so we could go there few times a day. There is plenty of shops near by (even Lidl - 5 min. away by car) so the food was very cheap. Many restaurants, shops and clubs so in the evening we could spend a very nice time (car recommended). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a nice and quiet holiday with a family! Thank you!

Just returned from a week in the apartment - our first experience of self catering in Spain and it was a positive experience. The apartment was small, which suited us and was just as described and very easy to keep clean and maintain. The communication from the owners was good and the agent was very flexible in our supporting our arrangements. The beach was a short walk away and although more crowded than those in we had been used to in France it was sandy and clean and the sea was clear and warm. As we are not 'into' boats we probably did not benefit as much from the locality as those who are lovers of all nautical but we had a great time and visited some lovely places when the heat allowed. We loved the rocky coast just further north towards France. One of the great benefits was how much cheaper everything was than in France. Even shopping at the small camp site supermarket across the road was quite pain free. Drinks and eating out were also reasonably priced. We had a very positive week and enjoyed our stay. Only small recommendation might be that the kitchen space is very small and cooking was not easy even for 3 of us with a tiny oven. Dishwasher might also have made it better too. Minor things though overall. Definitely a positive experience and one we would repeat.
