This outstanding terraced villa is in a quiet location on a new 5-star development with 2 large communal pools and gardens. It is well equiped, fully air conditioned and has a pretty garden complete with BBQ and orange tree! The villa has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a bathroom with over bath shower upstairs and a fully equiped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining room with a sofabed, guest WC downstairs. The double bedroom has a balcony overlooking one of the swimming pools and the living area opens out onto the patio which also overlooks one of the swimming pools.

The island of Cyprus, lying where Europe and the Middle east meet, has enjoyed a rich and culturally varied history. Greek myths and legends abound in Cyprus, often called 'The Island of Aphrodite' - who is the goddess of love. Of all the regions of Cyprus, Paphos region is particularly rich - there is something for everybody, varying from ancient historical sites to fun attractions for family holidays. In Kato Paphos, the area near the picturesque harbour (during the Roman occupation 200 years ago, it was the capital known as Nea Paphos) with it's famous medieval Fort you will also find the Roman Mosaic Houses. There is also a 2nd Century Odeon which is still used for music and theatre productions. A short distance towards the main town is the Agia Kyriaki Church, where you will find The Pillar of St Paul. Heading out towards Coral Bay you will pass the Tombs of The Kings dating back to the 4th Century BC, well worth a visit.

Akamas is blessed with unparalleled natural beauty and cloaked in atmosphere, where cool summer breezes bring a welcome relief from the heat of the beach. The most abundant aromas are experienced in springtime when you cannot escape the fragrance of the cyclamen and wild anemone which grow in abundance. There are a great many wild flowers that are unique to the Akamas. Akamas is an area where you will also find churches from the Byzantine and later periods. A favourite haunt of bird watchers due to the sheer variety that nest in the area.
