Villa Alysia is a 3 bedroom villa sitting in an elevated position and enjoying fabulous views of the sea to the front and banana plantations to the rear. The villa is set in its own large landscaped garden with a manicured lawn and large private swimming pool (10m x 5m). An attractive marble and wrought iron staircase leads up to the first floor hall leading to the 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms having access to the front balcony where there is a table and chairs for you to enjoy the stunning sea views and sunsets. Downstairs there is a large spacious open plan kitchen and dining area that will comfortably seat 6. The dining area opens on to the garden and pool. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave and dishwasher. The Living area is tastefully furnished and has satellite television and a DVD/CD player for you to enjoy along with a selection of books. Fully air conditioned throughout.

The resort of Coral Bay has grown around the famous Coral Bay beach which is one of the longest and finest stretches of golden sand in the area. The water is clear and blue and as it is a bay with shallow water is ideal for families with children. There are a variety of water sports available and the beach now has a coveted Blue Flag. Coral Bay is not just popular for its beach, it has become an increasingly developed resort and offers numerous shops, restaurants and local bars. The town of Paphos is a 20 minute drive away and an excellent bus service runs there from Coral Bay Village. There are 3 excellent 18 hole golf courses. Tsada Golf course is 30 minutes drive away from Paphos in an elevated position with sea views. The Secret Valley golf course is approximately 18km east of Paphos (about 35 minutes from the villa). The newer Aphrodite golf course is also 40 minutes drive from the villa. An area of outstanding beauty just 15 minutes to the Akamas nature reserve.
