Bath/shower and WC. Air conditioning throughout (no extra charge), shutters and fly screens. Parking space directly outside apartment. This brand new, non smoking, ground floor spacious self-catering apartment has been fitted out to a high standard and has one double bedroom (two single beds brought together) and one twin-bedded room. There is a large, private, beautifully landscaped, rear garden/patio which comes equipped with patio furniture and sunbeds. Long-distance views of fields, trees and hills will add to your enjoyment. The apartment will be cleaned and linen/towels changed weekly. Communal pool with paddling pool for little ones. A complimentary welcome pack including wine, milk, tea, coffee, etc, awaits your arrival.

The unspoilt, natural beach is just a 15 min walk from the apartment via farmers' fields and orchards. The agricultural village of Mandria has two friendly tavernas as well as a pizza takeaway, a mini supermarket, small gift shop and sub post office (behind the postman's house!). Feel free to learn more about Mandria on the village's website (contact us for the email address). Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills, both 18 hole championship golf courses, are 5-10 min. drive away. The city of Paphos with its commercial centre, antiquities, restaurants, harbour and beaches, is a 15 min drive on the motorway which can be accessed close to the village exit road. This motorway is also the key to travelling all over the island. You can go to the south coast beauty spots or the magnificent views, monasteries and wineries of the Troodos mountain areas, or the other cities of this beautiful island. These can be visited either in your own hire car or by guided tour.
