This delightful detached villa is located inn a quiet area over looking Son Parc golf coure. It is within easy walk of local shops and restaurants. The Golf Club and the lovely safe sandy ‘Son Saura’ beach are approximately 1.6km away and can be reached by car in just a few minutes. The accommodation, which is on two levels comprises on the ground floor of a spacious living / dining with fireplace and an American style fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. There are three twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom and a family bathroom on the ground floor. A side door from the hallway leads to a laundry area and separate shower. In addition, there are stairs to the first floor self-contained double bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and a spacious balcony with easy chairs. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV and a music system.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.8 Kilometres

Son Parc is a small resort on the north coast of Menorca, just 30km from the Capital, Mahon and the Airport. Most visitors choose Son Parc for the lovely Son Saura beach and newly extended golf course.. The beautiful blue flag beach is not large but easily copes with visitors in the summer and has ample parking. There are lifeguards and you can hire sun beds and parasols as well as pedaloes, canoes and windsurfing equipment. At the west end of the beach is a café with refreshments and ice creams etc. For families with small children the opposite end is ideal as the sea is very shallow for quite a way out. The golf course is the only one in Menorca. Claiming to be championship quality it is ideal for beginners and experienced golfers. The main commercial centre of Son Parc offers an excellent range of cuisine from traditional Spanish including fish restaurants through to Chinese and even an English Bar. There is also a selection of shops, a supermarket and gift shops.

Heated pool FANTASTIC!! and great if you have the little ones,
However Villa is a little tired and needs updating.We wen't at the very begining of the season and the Villa was damp and a bit musty.
Other than that everything else is GREAT!!
