The villa may be occupied on the day of arrival at any time from 3.30pm and should be vacated no later than 10.30am on the day of departure.
Cots, high chairs and mobile telephones etc., can be hired by direct arrangement with the Manager and payment direct to him. However, requests should be made at the time of booking when further details can be supplied.
More detailed information on the villa and local amenities will be sent on receipt of the final balance. This same information, and more, can also be found in the villa on arrival in the top left hand drawer of the desk in the Lounge.

Outside the Kitchen and Tradesmen's entrance at the side of the villa is a service patio for drying and airing clothes, and here also are located the gas cylinders and water reserve tank which is fully automatic.
The villa is fully equipped and includes an adequate supply of linen and towels (except for the beach). Maid service is provided for cleaning the villa and preparing the beds on arrival and departure and for changing the linen at weekly intervals. Additional maid service can be provided if required provided notice is given when booking. This would be payable direct to the Manager.
The gardens are tended by a gardener who calls normally every other day about 8-10am or 5-6pm. The swimming pool together with the automatic water supply is maintained under contract by a specialist firm and there is a large reserve tank in the service patio.
The Living Room (and 1 bedroom) opens out on to a large marble paved walled-in patio which incorporates an L-shaped pavilion with full length built-in bench seating and barbecue etc., including direct and indirect decorative lighting.
This patio, in turn, leads through a wrought iron gate to the rear garden with its mosaic lined filtered swimming pool with adequate illumination, size 29' 3' x 13' 0' plus an L-shaped area at the shallow end with full width walk-in steps
Most of the area around the pool is crazy paved in natural stone but there is a garden area at one end and lawn and garden at the other, all with adequate sun beds, etc. and access to the shower in the patio outside the main bedroom. The whole of this garden, and indeed the whole property, is enclosed by walls of at least 6' 0' high.
