This 2-bedroom oceanfront villa offers a totally unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean, the sandy beach below, fishing boats in the cove and at times, swimmers and surfers in the pristine waters.

A short stroll from the villa down a gentle slope leads to a local village with a school, church and football field, then onto playa Dominicalito, a kilometer of clean, brown sand beach which has a beautiful backdrop of rainforest mountains, picturesque outcrops and fabulous sunsets evening after evening.

Fully furnished with 1500-sq.ft. of living space, the villa also comes with a thatched-roof veranda where you will enjoy having breakfasts and sunset drinks. Fully air conditioned and with fans in each room, high quality linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full ensuite bathrooms, and an entertainment room with a large HD TV, cable TV and DVD player included.

The Dominical area offers an amazing array of activities and adventures. Dominical beach, surf shops, restaurants, language schools and internet cafes are just 4 km away. Sport fishing, mountain biking, horseback riding and bird watching tours can be arranged for you. Whales and dolphins sighting in the Ballena Marine National Park is less than 15 minutes away. Hacienda Baru Wildlife Refuge, 7 km from the villa, has 330 hectares of wall-to-wall wildlife and offers canopy tours, nature trails, jungle safaris and a complete ecological experience.

Getting To Dominical
You can hop on a local 40-minute flight from San Jose to Palmar Sur via either SANSA (from San Jose International Airport) or via Nature Air (San Jose Municipal Airport). Flights normally arrive at Palmar Sur in the morning. At the Palmar Sur Airport, we can have a rental car arranged for your arrival, or have a private car arranged to take you on the 40 minute scenic ride to Dominical. If you have more time and wish to explore some of Costa Rica’s scenery, you may want to rent a car at one of several international rental car agencies (e.g. Hertz, Budget, Avis) in San Jose downtown or at the Airport. The drive from San Jose to Dominical takes about four and a half hours.
