The villa 'La Ramade' is a very comfortable Mediterranean villa, ideal for summer holidays. It is composed of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 6 WCs, a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a little office. There is a 60sq m garage and a 11X5m pool. The large 3000sq m colourful garden provides lots of space with various well separated areas to swim, play 'boules', play table tennis, read or take a nap in the shade. It provides a beautiful view over the 'Massif des Maures', 3 large terraces, a nice barbecue area with fridge and WC, and an outdoor shower by the pool with hot water. Lots of garden furniture is supplied with deck chairs around the pool area, tables and chairs in various places in order to enjoy the sun or the shade at various moments of the day.You can play boule or table tennis. The villa is located only 12 miles from St. Tropez in a beautiful beach resort with the longest sand beach (4 km) at the Côte d'Azur. Within 1 mile from the villa you can go shopping, go to Cavalaire beach or to the marina. In the marina you can learn or practice sailing, windsurfing or scuba diving. You can rent sailing boats or motor boats. A few miles away you can access various hiking areas with beaches and with stunning views over the Méditerrannée and the Hyeres islands of Porcros and Porquerolles. After a 20 min drive you can play golf at Beauvallon, Gassin or Ste Maxime golf courses which overlook the Saint Tropez bay. A little further away are the beautiful golf courses of St Endreol and Barbaroux.
