  • A ?100 per week deposit (i.e. ?200 for a 2 week stay) is required at the time of booking - the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. In addition a separate deposit of ?100 is required cash/ (cheque not banked returned at end of holiday). our villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.
  • Christmas is charged at an extra ?50 per week for the property

A large brick BBQ and 4 mountain bikes are there for you to use at no extra cost. The rental price shown is for the villa and not per guest, and is the same all year round. activities: There is an international golf course at Costa disguise a thirty five min drive away, also a 9 hole pitch & put is just fifteen minute walk along the coastal path just beyond the marina. A 27 hole golf course is due soon. cycling for those enthusiasts is a must as lanzarote hosts fantastic roads for cyclists to enjoy, whether you are a keen cyclist or would rather enjoy a peaceful cycle along the coastal path the choice is yours, We have 4 mountain bikes free for you to use , further bikes can be rented from Playa Blanca at 10 euros a day, which are discounted the longer the rental. Marina Rubicon is ideal for people who like to scuba, sail and enjoy life on the water. There are kayaks for the kids.Rubicon Marina hosts the most magnificent yachts and bars, restaurants overlooking the marina which entertains the children watching/feeding the fish swim below you whilst you dine. There is also a bowling alley in the shopping centre at the marina.

We had the pleasure of staying in Casa Te Bonita in June 09 and highly recommend this home from home.
The property is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.
It is presented in a beautifuly clean and welcoming condition and being just 5 mins walk to the beach is an ideal base for a fabulous holiday.
We have already recommended this property to our friends and cannot praise it enough - its beautiful.

Our lovely holiday in Casa Te Bonita

This is without a doubt the best accommodation we have ever stayed in!

Neil & Jacky have thought of absolutely everything to ensure that you have a fantastic holiday, even providing stair gates for those with young children.

The house is gorgeous, tastefully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We made use of the bikes to cycle to Playa Blanca (approx an hours return ride with a stop for a cold beer!), the BBQ and of course, the lovely pool which was always at just the right temperature!

A good selection of books and DVDs and the inclusion of Spanish Sky TV meant that you could enjoy a night in with a bottle of wine with the patio doors open overlooking the pool, although if you prefer a night out there are some great places to eat within 15 minutes walk to the Marina. We tried Casa Roja, fantastic food although a bit pricey, but just opposite was Casa Brigida, where the food was amazing and a bit cheaper.

Can't comment on taxi prices as we walked everywhere, it would be a shame to be cooped up in a car when the promenade takes you past the seafront all the way to Playa Blanca (approx 40 minute walk).

All in all, a fabulous holiday with stunning accommodation, we would definitely go to Lanzarote again and stay in this wonderful villa.

Exceptional value for money!

We have been booking independently for the last 6 years and feel that without a doubt that this villa offers the best value for money to date. It is ideal for families and couples alike and can even accomodate upto 6 people as there is a ground floor bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bed settee in the living room. It offers a swimming pool, decent size TV, BBQ, various books and DVD's and also 4 mountain bikes which are ideal for cycling along the path which runs along the front at Playa Blanca. It was clean and well presented and we would agree with all the comments made in the other reviews. We would recommend this property and would definately return.

Brilliant house!

We had a fantastic holiday and the house was perfect. Lots of room for two (needed a break without the 4 kids!), the house was well stocked and the location was perfect. Though a taxi was required to reach Playa Blanca town, €3.50 was reasonable price to pay! A lovely stroll along the promenade into the Marina was perfect in the evening and the quiet nature of the street was exactly what we needed.

We'd definitely recommend and will probably be back ourselves!

Wonderful Villa

We ahd a great family holiday in this wonderful villa Aug o8. It has everything needed for a great holiday and more. The owners are more than helpful as are the agents looking after the property in Lanzarote. The pool is heaven sent in the hot sunshine and the local beaches are lovely. eating out was a pleasure with wonderful food. Looking forward to returning in the future. Many thanks.
