Spacious three bedroom, three bathroom villa providing excellent accommodation for six adults. El Rancho 24 is situated in the heart of the picturesque El Rancho Community and is within 15 metres of one of the nine community swimming pools. Recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard the villa is an ideal holiday setting, close to the many attractions of the renowned La Manga Club. Ground floor: open plan lounge and dining area with two sofas, LCD tv with satellite channels, dvd, cd stereo and air conditioning/heating. Opens onto terrace with table, chairs and built in barbeque. The kitchen is equipped with new electrical equipment (hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc). The lower ground floor comprises master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and spacious twin bedded room with adjoining shower room. A third spacious twin bedroom with en-suite and separate terrace is accessed via an external staircase.

Notes: The villa was totally refurnished in 2007 including all soft furnishings, curtains and all new electrical equipment. During 2008 a number of refurbishments were carried out, including - new kitchen with dishwasher - new floor tiling throughout the kitchen, living areas and outside terraces. In addition, the central air conditioning system was completely replaced with individual units in each room. In 2009 the en-suite bathroom for the external third bedroom was totally refurbished. Changeover day during high season is Saturday.

La Manga Club Facilities: La Manga Club offers three championship golf courses, golf tuition at the La Manga Academy of Golf and a 'par 47' pitch and putt course. There is a Tennis Academy with circa 30 courts, some of which are floodlit. Additional facilities include paddle tennis, squash, bowling, crazy golf, cycle hire, scuba diving school and a climbing wall, there is horse riding available nearby. The fabulous Spa La Manga Club offers every facility for fitness and relaxation including a fully equipted fitness suite, indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms and saunas together with an extensive range of beauty treatments. It is recommended that golf is booked in advance, handicap certification may be required for the South Course. There are regular competitions that are open to visitors.

Other facilities: There are numerous restaurants and bars to choose from within La Manga Club or within a short drive/taxi ride. La Manga Club boasts supermarkets, banks, post office, doctor, dentist, chemist, petrol station and estate agents and in addition the 5 Star Hyatt La Manga Hotel offers lively entertainment including a casino. There are many places of interest within a short distance from La Manga and a hire car is recommended. The telephone in the villa accepts incoming calls or outgoing calls within La manga Club - to book restaurants, golf, tennis or other villas. There is a nearby telephone exchange that offers internet access and external telephone lines.

We are retired and go on holiday a lot and it is usually self catering as we do not like to be tied to meal times etc in a hotel. This villa is without a doubt the best we have ever stayed in and was also the cleanest. Claire and Peter, the owners were very accommodating with the booking process and also followed up with a phone call ensuring that we were happy with the place. Lindsay, the property manager also called to make sure all was well. The property is ideal for couples who enjoy their own privacy as it does have the 3 bathrooms so no one had to share. We all agreed that we would recommend this house to others and if we return to this area again, we would certainly rent this house..

We enjoyed our stay in this villa in februari very much, the first day the house was a litlle cold. But the heaters did their job.
Everything was clean and well-maintained. The owners ware accurate and friendly with the service.

A Charming Oasis

This is my Third time visiting la Manga, and this last visit, was in September 2008,with my wife and Four year old daughter. This villa is only a 20 Metres walk from the pool, which provided us with a quiet ambience and the safety of not being right beside the pool. The villa had obviously been resently redecorated and newly furnished and this included new bedding and towels. The owners had provided a welcome pack of water, coffee and a bottle of wine plus a map of the local area and amenities. A great villa located within walking distance of the local shops. I would like to add that I have re-booked for May 2009. Michael
