This brand new modern townhouse is one of only 9 in a small exclusive condominium complete with 2 swimming pools. It is situated in a quiet area with country views yet only 2 km to the nearest beaches. The house has an excellent location, 5 minutes drive to Albufeira and only 10 min to Vilamoura marina. The house has 3 large bedrooms -1 double with ensuite and 2 twin rooms. The twin rooms open onto a large balcony with views over the pool and countryside. The large living/dining room opens onto the patio with built in barbecue area. The house has a large enclosed garden to the front and rear - great to let the kids roam free. The large kitchen with central breakfast bar has all mod cons including dishwasher, washer dryer etc. The house is air conditioned and also has central heating and a log burning stove in the living area. The pool is an' infinity' style pool which flows over into a large kiddies pool and the pool area is surrounded by decking for sunbathing.

The house is located 10 min west of Vilamoura close to the town of Olhos d'Agua. Pine Cliffs 9 hole golf course at the 5 star Sheraton complex is 1.5 km away. Albufeira is a further 5 min drive to the west. Vilamoura offers 5 top class golf courses. For those of you who enjoy other sport then tennis is available nearby at Quinta da Balaia and horse riding at Vale Navio. The beaches at Olhos da Água, Falesia, Albufeira, Sta. Eulalia, are a short drive. At many of these beaches there is a variety of water sports on offer. There is an abundance of restaurants and bars in Albufeira with something to suit all tastes. Olhos da Água also offers a good choice. Vilamoura marina has lots of restaurants, bars and shops and offers numerous water borne day trips e.g fishing and sailing. The Algarve shopping centre at Guia is 20 mins drive.
