Located in the Back River Historic District, Dutton-Waller Cottage is just minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean. Indulge yourself in a true family home with original heart pine walls and floors, high ceilings with ceiling fans, billowy linen curtains to filter the bright sunlight, wrap-around screened balcony and screened porch with views of the back river. All art in the home is original from a variety of locals artists.
