This modern 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool is situated in a quiet residential area of Agia Thekla. It is approximately 3 miles from Ayia Napa and about 300 metres from the sea. The villa is fully air conditioned and has a private pool 8m x 4m with sun loungers, table and chairs, and a patio with barbecue. The 1st.floor has 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed & 1 with twin beds) both with access to balcony with sea view, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The ground floor has 1 bed rm with twin beds, a downstairs toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with table & 6 chairs, and a spacious lounge. There is a music centre, a DVD player and TV which receives BBC 1,2,3 & 4, ITV 1 & 2, and all Sky free view channels as well as the local TV stations (so no need to miss your 'soaps'). The lounge is equipped with 1 large and 1 small sofa which could sleep 2 children. Use of a car is almost essential in this area, and this can be be arranged with the owner for anyone over 25.

Agia Thekla is a 35 minute drive from Larnaca Airport and is situated about 5 kilometres from the centre of Ayia Napa. The villa is within easy walking distance from the local supermarket, beach, and Greek Taverna. Water World is a 2 minute drive away and there are several sandy beaches with all types of water sports on the road into Ayia Napa. There are many good restaurants, pubs and clubs in Ayia Napa and the surrounding area, and boat trips can be taken from the recently revamped harbour area, which boasts some very fine fish restaurants.

Golf Courses: Ayias Nikolaos Golf course is a 20 minute drive from the villa. This is a 9 hole course on the British Military base at Vrysoulles. Visitors welcome but flat soled shoes with no treads or pattern must be worn. Good golf courses are at Secret Valley, Aphrodites Hills, and Vikla. All about 75 minute drive from villa. All in beautiful locations and they have grass fairways and greens.

DID NOT WON'T TO COME HOME

I recommend this Villa for Couples and Families it's set right by Ayia Theckla beach and only 1/2 mile approx from the Water Park. There is a local bar called (Lucas) and a mini market. Villa is approx. 5 Kilometres away from Ayia Napa and we found plenty of good restraunts and shops near by. We also found it so relaxing sitting at the pool and the standard of the Villa is maintained to an excellent standard. My Son enjoyed it immensely and he his really looking forward to going back this year and Me!
